Hi I'm Lincoln

I'm a firearm enthusiast, a runner, a patriot and I'm also a Latter-day Saint.

About Me

I was raised in Boise Idaho. Growing up, I was really into cross-country. I am really interested in history and politics. When I was twelve years old I memorized the Gettysburg Address. I enjoy recreational shooting and spending time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the covenant and grew up in a family of active Latter-day Saints. I was raised in a home where the gospel was central, though I didn't always grasp it's importance growing up, nor did I understand the depth of God's love and his mercy towards all of his children, myself included. But as I have taken the time to study the scriptures and communicate with my Father in Heaven through prayer, I have come to a knowledge of just how much I owe God. I have come to know greater what He expects of me. I have also developed an immense love for God and for His Son, Jesus Christ. Because I love God, I strive daily to not disappoint Him and to align my desires with His.

How I live my faith

I have been very active in the scouting program, which is done through the church. I have served in a number of capacities of leadership among youth in my early teenage years. Looking back, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience growing up in the church. I learned many valuable lessons about responsibility and I cherish the relationships that I formed with youth and adults through church activities. I am currently serving a full time mission in Canada and am now sharing my faith with as many as will receive me.
