Hi I'm Max

I was born and raised in Provo, Utah, played varsity basketball for Timpview High School, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from high school in May 2015, and I'm going to attend Brigham Young University in the Fall of 2017. While in high school I played baseball and varsity basketball. In my free time I enjoy skateboarding with my friends and playing pick up ball at our local rec center. I love sports, and enjoy keeping up with anything involving the NBA or the MLB. Living near several national parks, I also spend a lot of time outdoors, hiking and camping.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know that Heavenly Father wants me to live here on earth, and I know that the best way to do that is by following the teachings of his gospel. I'm a happier person when I listen to the gospel. And the wonderful examples in my life, from my Mom and Dad to my grandparents and all my relatives, have proven to me the kind of happiness that can be achieved by following the gospel. The Book of Mormon is true and necessary to be brought unto Christ, and everyone who listens to it's message will lead happier lives because of it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being the best person I can be. I actively participate in my church youth activites, service projects, and provide services for the older members of my neighborhood. I try to live as an example of the LDS Church that all my friends can look up to, and to be as Christ-like as possible in every area of my life. I follow the teachings of the church because I know they will help me be my best self, and will allow to become a good father and husband when I'm older.
