Hi I'm Kiaran

I'm from sunny San Diego, I used to be a saber fencer and a falconer. I love to read, bake, travel, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am the oldest of 6 kids and we all have crazy fun together. I just finished a year at BYU-Hawaii and now will be serving a mission for 18 months in New Zealand. I love my family with all my heart and have had the brilliant opportunity to travel with them all across the United States, Canada and the UK.

Why I am a Mormon

As I prayed and received answers to my prayers, my relationship with my Father in Heaven has grown SO much. Those experiences of receiving answers has allowed that trust in Christ and my Father in Heaven to grow and as I went through dark times, I knew I could pour out my soul to them and they would be there. They are always there for me and I truly believe that with all my heart. I know that Joseph Smith was called of God and he restored the church. It just makes sense, when you hear of people saying that something rings true to their soul, that is what I feel. Something about it just fits perfectly with everything. That to me means that the Book of Mormon is true, and then everything that the gospel offers is true. I know families can be together forever and that is something I hold very dear to my heart. I know that we have living prophets on the earth I have received a witness of that. I have learned to recognize the spirit as it confirms the truths of the gospel to me, and whenever I think of my testimony I think of the account written by the Prophet Joseph Smith after seeing the first vision, and I feel the same when the prophet recorded, “I knew it, and I knew God knew it and I could not deny it”.

How I live my faith

I show how I live my faith each and everyday. Everything I am is because of my faith. I live my faith by example, I believe that actions speak louder than words so I strive to show my belief by the way I live my life.
