Hi I'm Heather

I'm a nature lover and health enthusiast. I'm a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in an LDS family and I'm the youngest of seven. I love my family. I just finished my first year of college at BYU-Idaho and I'm preparing to serve a mission in Virginia! I'm studying Health Psychology in school and I try to live as healthfully as I can. I love to be outside, go on adventures and explore. Living, in Utah, I've been able to travel with my family to nearby National Parks and I love to see the natural wonders of the world. I love animals, especially dogs, and hope to own a golden retriever when I grow up. I love music and yoga.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this is Christ's restored gospel and that is why I am a part of this church. The Book of Mormon and Bible teach of Christ and give us guidance in this life to overcome our weaknesses and the challenges of life. I know that through the resurrection of Christ that we will be resurrected and through temple covenants, we can be with our families for eternity. We're here to gain experience and learn to choose good from evil. I know that the Book of Mormon truly is the word of God and that when I apply it's teachings in my life, I feel full of love and peace and I know that I can truly become more like Christ as I keep working on it. I love this gospel and I know that it is true. I know that Christ paid the price of sin and we can all be made clean through Him.

How I live my faith

Faith isn't a one time deal, it's a continuous project that you have keep working on everyday. I'm preparing to serve as a missionary to bring others to the gospel that brings so much happiness to my life. To prepare, I study the Book of Mormon and pray for guidance daily. As a missionary, I'll dedicate 18 months to serving the Lord and teaching others about the LDS church.
