Hi I'm Jordan Jensen

I am a student at BYU. I'm taking 18 months to serve a mission in Guatemala. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to read, play games, waterski, play the clarinet, and learn languages. I have attended one year of college, and will finish a degree when I return from serving my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I love Jesus Christ and His gospel. The Atonement is real and can help us in our everyday lives, to give us strength and to be forgiven of our sins. We can know what is true through the Holy Ghost, and he can give us comfort. We can recieve answers to our prayers. Our Heavenly Father loves us and has a plan for each of us. He and Jesus Christ know our full potential and want to help us become the best we can be. This is encouraging to me and gives me motivation to keep trying when things get hard.

How I live my faith

I was a music leader when I was at college. I picked the hymns we would sing each week and conducted them. I am currently preparing to serve as a full time missionary, where I will study and teach the gospel to people for 18 months.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Jordan Jensen
A testimony is what you know about the gospel. You can know that church doctrines are true by praying about them and asking God, and the Holy Ghost will give you a witness of their truth. Show more Show less
