Hi I'm William

I've lived in Salt Lake all my life. I teach math and know ASL. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I've always been a hyper-active and quick learning person. All throughout schooling I was usually the weird one with all kinds of friends. I never belonged to one clique. Learning came quick to me, mostly in math, science, philosophy and physical education. I've been teaching and tutoring math to high school and college students, was on seminary council, have participated in all kinds of sports and love the gospel. I am also serving in the Anaheim Sign Language mission from 2015-2017.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, but have experienced a lot of trials that make me ask why. I'm a Mormon not because I rely on my parents' testimony, I'm a Mormon because of what I've seen this gospel do to others. The best way I learn is through stories. I've attended Education Week, a week long event of one hour seminars teaching about principles of the gospel, 4 times now and have learned many miraculous stories of how individuals have been blessed or blessed others by living this faith.

How I live my faith

A few of my callings are helping teach the young men of our ward, organizing mutual events and playing the piano in certain meetings. It doesn't always seem like the most important job, but I know that it has really helped me. My playing has gotten better, as has my teaching and leadership abilities. I try to use my callings to benefit others, and it always has a way of benefiting me just as much.
