Hi I'm McKay

I am serving the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as a missionary in Argentina. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love playing sports and being outdoors. My favorite sport is soccer but I love playing any sport. I am the second oldest child in my family and the oldest boy. I have one sister and four brothers. I love learning anything I can and plan to attend college after my mission for the LDS church.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I feel that this gospel is the true. I feel good when I follow the teachings from the scriptures as well as church leaders. I have a testimony of Jesus Christ and know that he is my savior. I know that he restored the fulness of His gospel back to the earth through our first prophet, Joseph Smith. I continue to follow this gospel because I know it brings me closer to Christ and through it I can live with my family forever. I am a Mormon because I have felt the power of prayer and believe that God is always listening to our prayers.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving as a missionary for my church. I am learning Spanish to be able to teach the people of Argentina about the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. I also am doing my best to be a good example to the young men of my ward. Before my missionary I was a leader among the boys of my ward and I want to be the best example for them as I can. I try and do the best I can to learn about the life of Christ and to follow his example. I also live my faith by following the commandments of our living prophet and apostles.
