Hi I'm Amber

I'm a mechanical engineer. I'm a skydiver. I'm a missionary. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just got accepted this spring into the mechanical engineering program at BYU. I love understanding physics and the motion of things. I'm a fairly cheerful person--you'll usually find me with a smile on my face. I love being silly and just enjoying life. I've been white water rafting, zip lining, and I loved skydiving whn I tried that! I can do anything that I put my mind to, especially when I have the Lord on my side. I love my family more than anything else in the world, but for now I've left the, so that I can teach others the most glorious message in the world--the message of the Gospel. I love my faith and it's the only thing that gets me through the hard times.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I need God. Because I need peace, and I need the Holy Ghost. I need the knowledge of the Gospel because I love Christ and I want to know His will for me. I want to keep His commandments and be true to every aspect of the gospel so that I may one day receive the Lord's kingdom.

How I live my faith

I love going to church, which is probably a given. I enjoy taking the Sacrament on Sundays. Presently, I'm living my faith by being a full-time missionary, using every day to teach the people of Orlando, Florida about the Gospel. I live my faith daily by trying to properly represent Christ with everything that I say and do. I love the Gospel because it gives me hope and peace in all things. I always have a smile on my face, and it's just because there's so much to be happy about in this life!
