Hi I'm Benjamin

I grew up in Utah. I graduated from Lone Peak High School. I am off to serve the Lord in the Tokyo, Japan mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the third oldest of a family of six. I have been raised by a mother and father that love the lord and have taught me that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the only way to true happiness. I love spending time with my family. We work in the yard together, go out to eat, serve, and just being together as a family. We love spending time outdoors together especially in the beautiful country of Montana. All throughout high school I have been extremely involved. From sports, to choir, to student council I have always been involved. I loved playing football, basketball, and running track in highs school. I had the wonderful opportunity to serve the students of Lone Peak on student council during my senior year. I quickly realized that when I am involved, serving, and busy I grow and become who my father in heaven intends for me to be. I have been called to serve in the Tokyo, Japan mission. I leave July 1, 2015 and will return twenty-four months later. After my mission I will start my education at Brigham Young University, find an eternal companion, and continue growing and learning in the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ is found here. His power and authority, His principles and teachings, His ways are found in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have come to gain my testimony through sincere study and prayer. The spirit has conveyed the truth of this gospel to me. As I continue on my journey of conversion it is my opportunity and responsibility to bring others unto Christ as well.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by focusing on the fundamental principles of the gospel. Daily scripture study, daily prayer, temple attendance, serving, and surrounding myself with Christ are some of the ways that I live my faith. As we truly commit ourselves to our faith and incorporate our faith in all areas of our life, the Lord becomes more involved in our lives.
