Hi I'm Caleb G. Redmond

I was born and raised in South Carolina, I'm a volunteer firefighter, as of now I'm a missionary in Provo, Utah and I,m a Mormon.

About Me

I really love giving service to others and expecting nothing in return. I am a volunteer Firefighter which means receiving no pay for it, and I absolutely love it. I love helping and protecting my community. I have now for two years switched roles from saving peoples lives, to saving their soles. I am serving a full time mission in Provo, Utah which in my opinion is the best mission in the whole world. When I do return home I plan on starting my family and attending school to go into Criminal Justice and the Police Academy to become a Law Enforcement Officer.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon Because of member missionary work. My dad had been a member his whole life but he wasn't always active. My mother was not a member of the church at the time. When I was much younger my dad started going back to church, but my mom wasn't to interested in going until two Relief Society sister started visiting with her and inviting her to actives and such. It took a good many years but my mom finally felt like joining the church was the right thing to do. My mom and I were baptized on the sameday me being the age of ten. Since then my testimony has grown so much, know that this church is true, and that Joesph Smith restored the gospel through the power of the priesthood and that he was a prophet, and I know we still have prophets on this earth today to help lead and guide us. I also know that Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon and that it is evidence that the Restoration had occurred, I know that if you read from it and pray about it you will come to know of it truthfulness, as I have. I also am grateful for the power of prayer and repentance so that we can Oneday return to live in our Heavenly Father. Most of all I am so thankful that Families can be together for time and all eternity and not just for this short time on while we are on the earth.

How I live my faith

Before my mission I was very active in my calling and I loved all of them. I was Ward Missionary so I got see the good that the gospel brings to others lives within my ward. I was also an eleven year old scout leader so I got to see the youth progress through the gospel which I really loved. Now that I'm a missionary I really enjoy teaching others of the restored Gospel and helping them come closer to their Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
