Hi I'm Lindsay

I have lived in Idaho my whole life. I am a quadruplet. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

To begin with, I have a wonderful family of 7. We are a very close family and we love spending time with each other. I am also a college student, and I love socializing with my roommates/friends. Some of my hobbies are that I love to play the piano. I have been playing for 12 years. I love being outdoors and enjoying the nature of this Earth.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this gospel makes me happy. I know that this church is true, and I have witnessed the pure joy that can come from being a member of this sacred church. I was raised in the LDS church my whole life, and my testimony has increased over the years as I have participated in it. I love this gospel, and it brings so much comfort and guidance into my life. The principles of this gospel are true. I am so happy to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints!

How I live my faith

Since I recently attended my last semester in college for the year, I have received the calling of a teacher in one of the Sunday school classes. It was an amazing experience to be able to prepare lessons and form a closer bond with my fellow sisters. I also enjoyed the time at college when we participated in a ward prayer every Sunday night. Also, our wonderful home teachers would come over and share gospel messages with us. Likewise, it was a great opportunity to visit teach our fellow sisters in the ward. Back at home, I love going to church every Sunday and learning and growing with my ward family.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

As members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints we are encouraged to spread the gospel to others around the world, but we aren't required to. Especially for sisters in the church, we don't have an obligation to go on a mission, but we are given the choice of serving. On the other hand, young men of the church are commanded to go on an LDS mission. Show more Show less
