Hi I'm Caleb Smith

I've loved growing up in St. George, Utah. I love this earth and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18 years old, about to go and serve the Lord for two years. I couldn't be more excited! I've grown up in Southern Utah doing a whole bunch of stuff. I love being outdoors and being adventurous! Throughout middle school and High school I got involved with the drama department. I loved participating in school productions, it's such a wonderful atmosphere and experience. I love to sing. I was a member of our advanced choir group called 'Madrigals'. I'm an Eagle Scout and I'm hoping to set a good example for my 7 younger siblings!

Why I am a Mormon

Being a part of this wonderful church, this gospel, is more fulfilling than anything else in the world. Having the gospel as an easy access isn't one to be taken for granted. It has much meaning and purpose in my life. I know that the prophets and apostles called in these latter-days are called of God. They worthy people who can help give us courage and guidance. I have a testimony of the continuous restoration. That Josepth Smith was a man called and ordained of God. Everything I have I owe to this gospel, this truth. It's beyond compare with any other worldly thing. I know it all to be the word of God.

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I go to church. I know a lot of people that go to church and they think that constitutes for being a righteous person. Everyone know that it doesn't. Yes, I attend my meetings. I help plan activities for myself and other youth. Occasionally I give a lesson on a doctrinal topic. I gave a talk at my seminary graduation. But living my faith isn't just by doing these things. It's by going out of your way to help someone. To find meaningful ways to serve anybody, not just ward members. I live my faith by reaching out to others and offering a helping hand.
