Hi I'm Josh

I live in British Columbia, Canada just outside of Vancouver. I have my own window washing business and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm a recent high school graduate, which means that I will be spending a lot of my time applying to universities and and working. I started a window washing business with my sister a few years ago and now it allows me to have a job available for me this summer. At the end of this summer I'll be leaving to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Italy, Milan mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that is what god wants me to be. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is his church and that the oaths and covenants I have made are meant to reserve a place for me in his celestial kingdom. I came to know these truths partially by my parents' careful upbringing in the church, but mostly because of my own personal prayer and study of the Book of Mormon and the Bible. I am a Mormon also because it blesses my life so much, and that there are so many great people in the church that are willing to help me and anyone else who is down on their luck and needs a helping hand. Being a Mormon has made me a better person and it makes me want to share these blessings with as many people as possible when I am serving my mission.

How I live my faith

I am an assistant youth leader in our Church's youth program. We meet together during Sunday school and on Tuesday evenings for lessons and service activities. I also pray daily and study scripture every day with my family, by myself and during church activities throughout the week.
