Hi I'm Heather

I am a wife and mom of 2 sweet little boys. I work part time as a dental hygienist and I have celiac disease. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah and I have never lived anywhere else. When I graduated from high school I did not want to go to college. I decided I would work for awhile first as a dental assistant before I decided what I would ultimately do with my life. Eventually I decided to go and I ended up becoming a dental hygienist. I love this career because it allows me to work part time and spend more of my time with my family. Because I have celiac disease I have had the opportunity to meet many people that live my same gluten free lifestyle, and I enjoy finding new foods and learning new things, then sharing those things with others. My husband and children keep me busy, and I love spending time hanging out with them!

Why I am a Mormon

My parents raised me as a member of the church ever since I was born. Since I was a little girl I've attended church weekly, read scriptures, prayed, and participated in many other church related activities. At any point in time it is my choice to stay a member or leave the church. I stay because I know that the gospel is true, without a doubt in my mind. I have felt the Holy Ghost impress upon me the truths of the gospel, I have felt Heavenly Father and Jesus' love for me many times. My hope is to bring others to know this same truth and feel the same love. I'm a Mormon, I know it, I live it, I love it.

How I live my faith

I attend church every week with my family. Last year I had the amazing opportunity to go camping with the girls ages 12-17 for a few days. We learned so much from each other and had wonderful experiences in which we felt God's love for us. Serving in the church is a great way to build my faith and testimony.
