Hi I'm Rye

I grew up in the western United States. I love the outdoors, off road vehicles, and athletics. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love being outdoors and doing activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, and camping. I also enjoy modifying and driving my 4x4 Jeep and my dirt bike. I have also started getting into snowmobiles. I enjoy athletics and have had the opportunity to play soccer and lacrosse which are my two favorite sports.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church by my parents, and was baptized at age 8, however, my parents have always let me decide what I would do. My family strongly believes in agency and has never forced me or over pressured me to follow in their footsteps. I myself have come to the realization the LDS church is true and I want to be a part of it.

How I live my faith

I serve in my LDS ward by preparing and blessing the sacrament on Sundays, home teaching, and helping ward members who may need my help. Currently I am serving a mission for two years in the Boston Massachusetts area, where I will stay for two years and share my religious beliefs with the people in the area in hopes to educate them, so that they may be able to know for themselves the things that I know about God our Heavenly Father, his son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. As well as knowledge about past prophets and our modern day prophet of God, and the knowledge in the Book of Mormon.
