Hi I'm Robert

I'm a programmer, a musician, a student, and a Mormon.

About Me

I'm studying computer science at Brigham Young University. I really enjoy playing ultimate Frisbee, racquetball, and soccer. I also love the outdoors, especially backpacking in Yosemite. For work, I teach a class on web development.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe the teachings of Jesus Christ. I have noticed that as I observe his commandments, my life becomes better. I still have many challenges, but this gospel enables me to overcome them. I believe that God is real, and that he loves all of us who are his children. He has outlined a path for us to constantly improve and return to him, and that path is the gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by giving service. In my experience, the thing that matters most in life is how we treat others. Everything else is secondary. So I try to always make time in my day to bake cookies for someone, or help them with homework, or simply listen to them. I have been called to server a two-year mission in Cuidad Obregon, Mexcio, and I'm so excited to serve the people there!
