Hi I'm Riley

I grew up in Idaho Falls. I love to go boating and skiing. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love to go camping and to be outdoors. I am the youngest of three kids and I have two nieces who are adorable. I love to spend time with my family and to be constantly busy. I enjoy skiing, boating, playing the violin and the piano, and everything in between.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church, but one day I knew that I needed to know for myself that the church is true. I had spent most of my life guessing/relying on my parents testimonies of The Gospel. I was fifteen when my seminary teacher asked us a simple question. "Have you read The Book of Mormon?" I could honestly answer that I had never read the entire book. I had read lots of it, but I never felt a desire to know that it was true until that day. I went home and I started to read. When I finished a few chapters, I knelt down and asked the simple question, "Is this true?" I had never before felt such a strong conformation from The Holy Ghost before. I know that it is true and I cannot deny it. This one moment of my life, has changed me forever. I have never looked back and wished that I had not done it. Is my life easier, no, but it is full of happiness that I didn't have before. I believed in Jesus Christ before I prayed, but after I prayed and read, I knew that he is The Savior of The World. I came to know who he is and I still learn more each and every time I read. There is a happiness, and a light that comes into your life as you discover and become converted to the truth. I know that this church is true. That is something that I can say without any doubt. I know that Christ lives and that he loves each of us so much.

How I live my faith

Right now I am a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I live my faith by sharing it on a daily basis. There is nothing more fulfilling than to help someone who is lost and does not know where to turn for help.
