Hi I'm Kristlynn Waite

Aloha. I was born and raised in Hawaii. I attended BYU-Hawaii and worked at the Polynesian Cultural Center. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love hiking and going to the beach. I also really liked when I worked at the Polynesian Cultural Center as a waitress. It was my favorite job I've ever had. I got to meet a whole bunch of people from around the world and those experiences changed my life. I attend Brigham Young University Hawaii and I love it. I've made so many friends there from all over the world and it's been great to learn about the different cultures they all are from. I love just spending time with my friends whenever I can and love just talking to people. I'm the second child of seven and I'm the first girl in the family. I've been a member my entire life and it has blessed my life immensely.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church and at times I took things for granted. But I learned for myself what it truly means to be a follower of Jesus Christ by reading my scriptures and saying my prayers. I love the feelings of love and comfort I get from the Spirit when I'm going through hard times and also from my ward members. I feel the Saviors love all the time and appreciate his Atonement. I know that we are all sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father who wants to see us come back to him. I know he gives us all these guidelines for our safety and happiness so that we may return to live with him again. I know we have living prophets that guide and direct us today and that they speak directly for the Lord.

How I live my faith

I was the Beehive and Laurel's Class President in our Youth Program. And I was also the Laurel's Class Secretary before I was the President. I helped plan Youth Conference one year and I went to Girls' Camp every year of my youth years.
