Hi I'm Jackson Martin

I'm a 2nd Degree Black Belt, a movie watcher, and someone who loves to smile. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I did martial arts for eleven years of my life and loved it, in high school I did Debate and Cross Country (running), I am currently serving in the Oregon Eugene Mission. I love meeting new people and being with my family. I love watching movies especially if those movies are Star Wars, Harry Potter, or Lord of the Rings. I enjoy being outdoors and doing things like running or hiking. The gospel of Jesus Christ means so much to me and I'm so glad to be a part of it!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that Christ lives and that because he lives I too may live again when my time on Earth is done and my work here is complete. I know I have seen the hand of God in my life and that no matter how lost I felt I knew that he still loved me. I know that Joseph Smith was a Prophet called of God to prepare for Christ's return to this Earth. I know that as long as I keep the commandments and have faith in Him that I can know what it is I must do in this life. Christ will one day return to the Earth and I find great comfort in knowing that he WILL come.

How I live my faith

I love to share the gospel and that is what inspired me to serve a mission. I love my Savior and want everyone to feel his love in their lives. No matter what I do I hope to live my life in a way that pleases my Father in Heaven.

Why do Mormons believe in the Bible?

Jackson Martin
The Bible is a wonderful witness of the works of God on the Earth. The Old Testament is prior to the birth of Christ and contains the writings of many prophets foretelling of his birth and Resurrection. The New Testament shows us the wonderful works of Jesus Christ in his personal ministry and life on the Earth. The Bible teaches us a lot about how to live our lives how Christ would want us to.
