Hi I'm Hannah

Called to serve to Xalapa Mexico. I love the church so much! I am a Mormon

About Me

I've been a member my whole life, with a wonderful family! 3 brothers and 1 sister, and 2 awesome parents. I am the youngest in my family. I love working with special needs kids, i love the tender hearts they have and the example they are to me. It was never my plan to serve a mission for the church, but as i grew up I learned what is important to me, and I have gained a strong testimony of my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Things changed, and my perspective on things changed, and now I will be serving a mission in Xalapa Mexico and i couldn't be more excited!

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my whole life. But i didn't always know what that meant, I lived in habit, but it didn't always mean something to me. But just these past few years, mistake after another, I realized I wanted to be better, and do better. I remember praying to Heavenly Father, asking for forgiveness, and all I felt was love and understanding. I started doing things with meaning, I would pray with meaning, and my junior year I read the Book of Mormon for the first time all the way through. I was kind of expecting the heavens opening up and this huge revelation that it was true, but I didn't get that. Instead, I got a feeling of peace, a feeling of love. And I just felt good. When I was reading it everyday, my day was always better, I felt better, I had a better attitude. I'm not sure the exact time I became converted, because everyday, I'm still being converted, by following the example of Jesus Christ is how I become closer to the gospel. But I know that Heavenly Father lives, and I know that Jesus Christ Atoned for my sins, because of Him we are able to live with our Heavenly Father again. Because of Him we have second chances. I love this gospel. The book of Mormon is true, and I will always love this Gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith, by trying to follow the example of Jesus Christ. I have taught the young women in my ward, and I always try to be there for others!
