Hi I'm Henni

I'm a German, being weird is my profession, I love good food, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am the seventh of nine children in my family, and they mean everything to me. I was born in the beautiful city of Berlin, and my goal is to move back there when I'm grown up. I love music and played several instruments throughout my life. I really appreciate good food, especially chocolate. My favorite sports is soccer, I could probably watch/play it all day long. After my full time mission in St George, Utah, I'm planning on going to University to study to become an elementary school teacher.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a member family, so I never knew anything else. Nevertheless, there was a time for me where I had to decide if everything I grew up with is really true. I was having a lot of concerns about different things, and I finally ended up kneeling down and asking Heavenly Father if the Book of Mormon is true, because that is what it all comes down to. I didn't get a direct answer in that moment, but as I read the Book of Mormon over time, I had the undeniable feeling in my heart that it is true. I know that Joseph Smith was really called of God to be a prophet in these days and to restore Jesus Christ's original church here on this earth.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a missionary in the Utah St George Mission, including the Temple Visitors' Center (best mission in the world!). It is bringing me the greatest joy to share the gospel of my Savior Jesus Christ with other people and to see the positive changes it brings to their lives. I strive to be more like Jesus Christ every day and to follow the example He set for us. It is important to me to try and be an example to all the people around me, by treating everyone with respect and love, because I know that they are all my brothers and sisters.
