Hi I'm Nicole

I grew up in Philippines. I'm a career woman. I'm a pianist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play piano, guitar, violin and drums. This is something that I want to do in my whole life. I work as an associate in an accounting firm in Philippines. This is a great opportunity for me to fulfill my dreams and start my career in the field of finance and accounting. But when I started to review my goals, it seems something is lacking. I prayed, fasted and asked for a patriarchal blessing. I then knew that serving a mission is my next goal. I immediately started my preparation, processed my application, then resigned from the firm. I am now preparing to enter the Philippines Missionary Training Center this coming Friday, April 2015.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the more I live and love being a Mormon, the more beautiful life is.

How I live my faith

The Church helps me discover and develop my talents in music. To play the piano is what I love to do and serving in the Church as the ward pianist is the best calling I have ever received. It's so wonderful that I can do what I love to do and serve the Lord at the same time. I am also a youth teacher and young women adviser. The more I magnify my callings, the more I come to love the youth and our Savior Jesus Christ. There are so many things that hinders me to go on a mission: career opportunities, peer pressure, and other kinds of temptation. But because I knew the Lord called me and because I love Him, I just walk by faith and go where He wants me to go.
