Hi I'm Tim Ellis

I'm a Mormon, and am preparing to serve a 2 year mission in The Brazil Campinas Mission on September 9, 2015.

About Me

I love physical activity and being outside, being that is part of what I'm am studying at college. I'm an Eagle Scout, and love participating and being a part of that culture that enforces young men to learn to be better. I have not always been the example that I wanted to be for my family, friends, and future wife and children. The teachings of the LDS church brought me back, and essentially saved my life. I want all the people I know and more to know the happiness and joy that Jesus Christ has for us.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the truths, joy and knowledge that I have found here. I has always been a member, but I continue to follow His gospel because without it, I would be totally lost and confused I this world. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ live and that they called Joseph Smith as a prophet, to restore the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on the earth. I know that families can be together forever, and through Jesus Christ, we can live as a family together with Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving others. We learn that as we serve others, we are serving the Lord. One of the main things I do is teaming up with the LDS missionaries, and be the person that can answer other people's questions, and account real life experiences to show our faith and invite the Spirit.
