Hi I'm Paige Cooper

I am a small town girl from Idaho, NCAA Division 1 Track and Field student athlete, and future Sister Missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a NCAA Division 1 Track and Field athlete specializing in the high jump and triple jump. I am currently attending college and studying dental hygiene. I have three brothers and two loving parents. I am a math tutor for junior high and high school students. I work as a lifeguard. I love to swim, bike, hike, explore, stargaze, put together puzzles, and spend time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in an active LDS family so I have been a Mormon my entire life. My own testimony really started to develop as I started high school and attending Seminary. We were studying the Book of Mormon my first year in Seminary and our teacher challenged us to read it all the way through. I accepted the challenge. As I read, I learned so much about our Savior and felt the Spirit so strongly. I gained a testimony of the truths within the Book of Mormon, of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, and that Joseph Smith was called by God to restore the church on the Earth today. Since then, my testimony has grown even more as I have studied the Bible and the Book of Mormon to learn more about my Savior and how I can be more like Him. I am so grateful for the Atonement of the Savior and I know through Him we can all be forgive and perfected. I am grateful for the temples and that in them, I am able to be sealed to my family for all eternity. I am so blessed to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am grateful for the peace and comfort it brings me.

How I live my faith

I attend and invite my friends and teammates to church activities. I strive to live Christ would. I look for ways to serve others and share my testimony with those around me. I continually seek ways to strengthen my testimony and better myself. I am months away from leaving my education, family, work, and track career behind for 18 months to serve as a sister missionary in Texas .
