Hi I'm Morgan Jenkins

I'm a Mormon who is happy and loves her Heavenly Father and knows He loves me too.

About Me

I am from Wyoming and so naturally I love hiking and being in the mountains because that is where I feel close to my Heavenly Father. I enjoy riding my horse and being with my animals as well. I grew up doing gymnastics and I loved it because I felt as if it gave me the power to fly!! Now that I am older I enjoy coaching gymnastics and helping other young girls fall in love with the sport! I love working with children and I think we can all learn something from them and their sweet spirits. I love life and I think the most beautiful sight is a smile and the the most wonderful noise is laughter! I have found strength in being happy and I know that true happiness only comes from the Living Gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love Christ and my Heavenly Father. I have found the truths of the gospel in the Restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ in the Americas. I know that in the temples we can make ordinances that are necessary to our salvation. In the temples we can also be sealed to our families for all time and eternity. In other religions there are so many gray areas and unanswered questions, but in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints many of those are answered or cleared up. I am a Mormon because I know that there is a Latter Day prophet and apostles to help lead us in these perilous times. Without the Church I would be lost, that's why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example. I live my faith by being a friend. I love my faith by serving others. I have learned that saying and living my faith are two very different things. I know that if I really want to make an impact on other's lives I must live my faith and not simply state it. I love serving others and I know that by serving others I am standing in the Savior's shoes. I want to be the best I can, so when others think of Mormons they think they are good people because of my example. I think the most important way to live our faith is to love everyone around us, for Christ loves us all and we are part of His church so we should exemplify that same Christlike love. I enjoy serving my fellow peers in our college group. I am also excited to serve my mission in the Hawaii, Honolulu mission.
