Hi I'm Francis Bernard Marturillas

I'm from the Philippines, currently Called to Serve in Phoenix Arizona Mission. I'm a Proud Mormon :D

About Me

I spent 1 year playing for the volleyball varsity in one of the College in Cebu, but I decided to stop playing and focus on my studies. I'm studied in a renowned University, also located in Cebu, taking up Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Right now I decided to stop school and apply for a mission, which was a good choice for me. Playing volleyball would be one of my hobbies. I also like to travel and go to the beaches, and places where I could relax and feel the beauty of nature.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I found the fullness of the gospel in this Church. I feel the love of the members towards me, I feel belongingness, no matter what your nationality, personality or character is, members would still embrace you and welcome you like their own. I learn many things essential for my salvation. I know by following the commandments of our Heavenly Father, we can go back to His eternal presence. I can feel the saviors love whenever I attend Church activities or participate during sacrament meetings. The Church would also organize good and productive activities so the members would stay close to the church and not from the worldly things.

How I live my faith

I'm an executive secretary of our Ward. I'm also a family history consultant, and a ward missionary. I would love to teach and inspire other people through my actions and words. I participate in youth events, not as a youth, but as their leader hehe.
