Hi I'm Kaeli Davis

I live in St. Marys, Ohio. I have one brother and three sisters. I am fourteen years old, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am one of the only Young Women in our branch. I play High School soccer and do gymnastics. I am the second oldest in my family of seven. I am home schooled and I plan to graduate High School early. I live in a rural area with a big yard and a few chickens. I love animals and the outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint my entire life. I have enjoyed going to Primary and seeing my friends there, but I don't think, at that time, I comprehended the importance of the gospel in my life and the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Now, as I am getting older, I start to notice the blessings in my life that have blessed my family and I. I see the importance of getting married in the temple and being sealed for all time and eternity. I try to share the gospel whenever the opportunity arises. Everyone needs to hear this amazing news of the gospel. Everyone deserves the right to know the truth: Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father exist. They watch over you every second of your life. They know you like no one else in the world does. The Book of Mormon is true; I've read it. The Holy Ghost is real and he can help you find your way to Heavenly Father. I know these things are true.

How I live my faith

In my small branch, I am one of the few Young Women or youth. It is tough being in a branch because there aren't a lot of people my age that I can connect with. I try my best to do a lot of missionary work by inviting other friends to church or Wednesday activities. I also like to go out with the missionaries and teach girls or boys my age the gospel. I love to try and help out as much as I can if it is doing service or teaching a lesson for one of my leaders. I try my best to live my faith every single day by doing things that Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father want me to do and being an example to others, especially my siblings.

To what do you attribute the growth of the Church?

Kaeli Davis
The gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is such a good message. It is warming to people who have suffered loses. The news is way too good not to share. We know that other people will like it too. The Holy Ghost helps people know that it is true and that it is the true church. I, personally, try to attribute the growth of the Church by inviting friends to come and see for themselves. I can't tell you the Church is true and expect you to believe me one hundred percent. You have to come see for yourself. We want you to come see, it will make you happier. That is why we want the Church to grow. It can make lives easier and can make some unclear things clear.
