Hi I'm Morgan

I grew up and in the Uintah Basin of Northeastern Utah. I am a Utah Hunter and Fur-harvester Education Instructor. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I really love my family. My love for them grows deeper through spending time with them enjoying numerous outdoor activities. These activities include hunting, firearm shooting, fishing, camping, riding horses, working and the list continues. I can truly say that my family members are my best friends. That friendship has not come by simply doing one of the activities above no, it has been the time spent together talking, laughing and learning. That is why I want to spend the rest of eternity with them, because I see them in the same light that Heavenly Father sees them in.

Why I am a Mormon

The story of my conversion really began when I was sixteen years old. I had made some horrible mistakes that caused me great pain, anguish, and suffering for several months. Up to this point of my life I had been raised in the Church however, I had not really applied the teachings of the gospel in my life. Trusting what I had been taught was true and with the help of my bishop and a process called repentance I came to know that the Atonement of Jesus Christ is true. Today, those deep feelings of gut wrenching remorse are gone; replaced by an undesirable joy. From this experience I was able to gain an knowledge that the Book of Mormon is true; restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I know that Heavenly Father love and cares about you and Me. That is why he has given us the tools we need to obtain truth. It is not easy to describe the feeling that I have. The only way for some else to have these same feelings is to by try it for themselves. Regardless, if we have only a spark of faith, God will help it grow into a pillar of light and truth.

How I live my faith

The life of a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint is not a sedentary one, rather it is full of duties and responsibilities. I am a young man not yet a full fledged adult and I have many responsibilities and duties at even at my age. None the less I enjoy it. I love the work so much because it keeps me busy and focused on the Savior by living in his example. I really enjoy being able to teach other members in there homes the truths of the restored gospel. This also enables me to find those who are in need of service. The key to my own happiness is to do the thing that the Lord would have me do.
