Hi I'm Andria

I grew up in Bountiful, Utah. I believe in daily adventures. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I go to college in the farm lands of Utah. Not my place though, I would spend every day in Salt Lake City if I could. Being outside is the absolute best thing a human can do! I really enjoy living in Utah because we have fabulous mountains, lakes, and stars. I have been called to serve in the Japan Fukuoka Mission! I leave this summer, and could not be more excited. My favorite movie is UP. I literally have each and every word memorized. I am in love with cats as well. I believe in having a strong personal identity, and this is mine!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family. I feel so blessed to have the gospel in my life growing up. At age 7, my parents divorced. My dad, as well as more than half of my siblings (I have 5), left the church. I had a choice at age 8 to get baptized, or follow in my fathers footsteps. I had not forgotten everything this church has done for me, so I got baptized and have been active every since. It has been a struggle having a split religion family. I find my self defending my beliefs more than I wish, although, every little word is worth it. I hope one day to be the light in my family that helps them remember the gospel, and everything it has ever done. Until then, I am growing stronger all the way. Moving out, college, work, financial, anything has given me trials. I know without a doubt that Heavenly Father has been right next to me through everything. I cannot deny the love He has for me, or for any of His children. I will stand by this gospel every day of my life. It has brought me happiness that I know will continue into the eternities.

How I live my faith

I love this gospel more than life! I am the only acting church member among my siblings. This has required me to stand up for what I believe in, and I couldn't have gotten my strong testimony another way! Sunday church is a time to look forward to. It reboosts my spirit and reminds me that God loves me and is there for me. I am a compassionate service leader in my ward. I welcome new members and help anyone in need. It is really great for me because I love to help people. We are not asked to die for this church, we are asked to live for it.
