Hi I'm Payton Grover

I grew up in a small farming town in Idaho called Shelley. I was the Student Body President of Idaho. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always loved sports from a young age! I have played baseball my whole life and I am a catcher. When I was in middle school I joined the swim team and I have been swimming sense then! I was the captain of my swim team this last year and we took 4th place at state. Once I got into high school I also picked up water polo which I love! It's a great combination of both sports that I love! Student Council is also something very important to me. I was Student Body Business Manager my Junior year and then ran for Student Body President for the state of Idaho after that. I won that election and have leading the people of Idaho sense then! I love my family. I love spending time with them whenever I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon. Jesus Christ is the corner stone of our church and He brings me so much happiness. I know that He has a prophet on this earth today and He gives him revelation to run this church as He would. I know that Joseph Smith is a true prophet who translated the Book of Mormon with the power of God. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. Jesus Christ atoned for my sins so that I can become clean again and perfected through Him so that I can someday live with Him again. I know that I am sealed to my family and that I can live with them for eternity.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following in the Saviors footsteps and standing as a witness of Him at all times in my life. It is far more than just a Sunday life for me. I love being a Mormon! It gives me a greater understanding and purpose for my life because I know why God created me. I live my faith by helping and serving my fellow brothers and sisters. I live it by the words I say and everything I do.
