Hi I'm Ka'ua

Im from the Big Island of Hawaii also known as Hawaii. I will be serving a Full time mission in Spain, Madrid. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Aloha. Born and raised in Hawaii. Love the ocean. Really love to surf and fish and be in the water. Would haply play volleyball every day if it were possible. First in my family to be called to serve a full time mission. Malama i ka pono. So blessed to be alive and grateful for this life i have been blessed with.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized at the age of 12 along with my little brother. My dad had been in-active for most my childhood but due to some troubling events he decided that it was the right thing to do to bring our family back to the church. I remained active in the church and after high school I went to Brigham Young University Hawaii for a few semesters. I decided i wanted to experience life beyond my little island and moved to California. After a year there i came to the realization that it was time that i returned home. A year later my testimony had grown exponentially and i received my call to serve in the Madrid, Spain mission. This is where i find myself today.

How I live my faith

Here in Hawaii we believe that everyone in our community is like family. We take care of and help each other as much as we can both in church and out of it. I've had plenty of opportunities to home teach members in my community and have seen how much just visiting someone can help them out.
