Hi I'm Parker Rasmussen

I grew up in Highland Utah. I ran for a nationally ranked cross country team, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I run on a high school cross country team. I also play the violin in the orchestra in my high school as well. I love being outdoors. I love hunting, camping, hiking, fishing, or anything else of the sort. I love hanging out with friends. And I love sports. I love going out and playing all different kinds of sports. I don't really follow Sports teams, I just like to play them myself. And I will shortly be serving a mission in the Charlotte North Carolina mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon and I still am a Mormon. I choose to be a Mormon because of the happiness that it brings into my life. I have read the Book of Mormon and I have prayed about it and I know, that I am where I need to be. As a Mormon, we are all striving to do our best and to work our hardest and I believe that's what we all should be doing. The things that are taught to me testify that this is where I need to be. I am a Mormon because I have prayed about it and have felt that this church is true. I know for a fact that this church is true, and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every week. I pray personally every morning and night and I pray with others many more times in the day. I read my scriptures daily. I hometeach two families a month. I participate as much as I can in the ward. I go to mutual every week. I also live my faith by trying to help others live their faith. I try to set the best example that I possibly can and I strive to be the best person that I can be.
