Hi I'm Daniel

I play basketball and volleyball. I'm preparing for a mission in the Dominican Republic. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am currently a senior in high school. I love to play sports, rock climb and hike. I play basketball and volleyball. I have been born and raised in the church.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know it is Jesus Christ's true church on the Earth today. I have felt the love that my Heavenly Father has for me and all His children. I have felt the healing power of the Atonement in my life and I continue to feel it and learn about it as my life progresses. I have had many experiences that add up to my conversion. I was born and raised a member but my first real experience where I knew without a doubt that this was true was at EFY after my 8th grade year. The session director gave an incredible talk about the Atonement and we had many spiritual group devotionals with our counselor. Another big moment in my life was summer of 2014 when my ward went on a high adventure to Escalante Utah. This trip was full of spiritual growth and learning. Learning to be optimistic, learning to follow the spirit, thinking about the future, and finishing it off with a testimony meeting in front of the St. George Temple. Lastly, I'm a Mormon because this gospel is the source of true happiness. When you live it and help others you become a happier person that people love to be around. I know this church is true and I can't wait to share it with the people of the Dominican Republic.

How I live my faith

I am the first assistant in my priest quorum. I am preparing to go on a mission in the Dominican Republic to preach in the Spanish language.
