Hi I'm Michael

I'm from Gilbert, Arizona. I play the piano and sing in choirs. I love superheroes. And eating food. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have grown up in Arizona all my life. I was a slightly nerdy child and developed a love for math and reading fictional books. I started piano lessons around that time as well. I took lessons for 10 years and currently teach many students. I love the piano and music in general. I went to high school and participated in groups such as the soccer team, the math club, the Best Buddies program, and Academic Decathlon. I graduated in May of 2015 and left on a mission for the church. I plan to attend college when I return.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know what I do is right. Regardless of how anyone looks or thinks of me, our differences are not as important as what we all share: we are children of God. He loves and cares for us and I love to reflect that light to others and help them feel it. I'm a Mormon because I love my family and want us to live together forever in happiness. I am grateful for the Atonement and feel an obligation to use the gift that was so freely given by my Savior.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by maintaining standards that the leaders have advised. I keep my body and spirit healthy by doing various physical activity and reading my scriptures and praying daily. I am kind to others, always trying to make them happy and better their lives. I live with a grateful attitude toward my Father in Heaven. I am also a youth leader in my ward and stake.
