Hi I'm Caice South

I grew up in Riverton, Utah, graduated high school early, going to serve a full-time LDS mission in Florida and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated high school as a junior, which took a lot of time to do studying for extra classes and a normal school day. I moved to Arkansas when I was 17 and moved back to Utah when I was 18. I started school at Utah Valley University, where I studied generals. I love traveling and being outside. I can't name all the places I would like to go, it's too long and there's just too much. I am not the most athletic person, but I love hiking and camping, just being outside makes me happy. One day I hope that I go sky diving, just to experience that rush of adrenaline and see the world like never before. I am also the type of girl who is good just going for a movie or reading a good book on a rainy day. I love my family. It's as simple as that. I adore my older brother and younger sister, who make me laugh and I love to hang out with. My parents are incredible and they work so hard. They have the greatest insight into life and they only want the best for my siblings and I. I also have a deep love for the friends and extended family that surrounds me in my day to day life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am here on this Earth for a reason and I believe it is to bring others to Christ and raise a family of my own. When I was born, I was 1 lb and 8 oz. I was very tiny and the odds were not in my favor, health wise. I was able to push through challenges through my childhood, with the help of my family and my Heavenly Father and I am now a normal twenty year old. I also am a Mormon because no matter where I go in the world, there will always be somebody there who has my same belief in Jesus Christ and it creates a world wide "family". We are all connected through the Church and it gives you a sense of belonging. I am a Mormon because the knowledge and the comfort I receive from it's teachings and little life lessons helps make this crazy world make sense. There is a comfort of knowing why I am here, where I came from and where I am to go after this life. The Gospel makes this very simple and all we have to do is follow the commandments that our Loving Father in Heaven gave us.There are so many ways to get lost or knocked down in this life, but knowing that through the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I have many opportunities and the chance to live an amazing life and live happily ever after with my family and friends.

How I live my faith

Growing up, I was in put in an in organization called Young Womens, aka a youth group in our Church. I was called as a president of the older group of girls. It broke open my shy personality and I ended up becoming engaged in teaching opportunities and many other growing experiences for me. As I have moved on from being a youth of the Church to a young adult, I have had opportunities to help people from around my home to find the Gospel. When I lived in AR, I had multiple opportunities to go out with the Sister Missionaries and teach people of different backgrounds and faiths about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It was an amazing time in my life, where I really got an inside look to see how missionaries work with the Holy Ghost and the pure decidation they have to helping people out.It helped convince me in my decision to also become a sister missionary and serve the people in Florida.
