Hi I'm Jessica

I am a student at BYU, I want to use my talents to help make the world a better place in any way I can, I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a student at BYU. But soon I will be severing as an LDS missionary in Michigan. I love technology, especially regarding anything to do with computers and videos, my dream job would be to edit major motion pictures in HollyWood. I am a very family oriented person and hope to one day get married and raise a family. Growing up I did not have the best relationships with my parents but I hope to raise my future kids in a safe and loving environment. When I was 10 years old my mom was severely injured and I was forced to cook all of the meals and do most of the chores for my family. I grew up fast but because of this I have gained a sense of hard work and an appreciation for how hard life can be, as well as an appreciation for all of us who have and will overcome hard things. I have also had many medical problems myself and I know what it is like to feel alone and like my life is out of control. But through these trials and more I have learned that God truly does love me and everyone else on an individual level and that he has a plan for each of us. Because of my faith I have been blessed more that I can ever really comprehend. I have also gained Christ as one of my true best friends. Life is hard, life sometimes seems like more that we can handle, but life is also wonderful, joyful, and full of beauty. We can overcome anything and everything that life may and will throw at us if we just lean on God for love and support.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I know that without this faith I would not be on this earth today, or at least I would be far from a good path that I am on today. This gospel has not only changed my life bt has literally saved it before.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith in my everyday life. I strive to reach out and lift others up. I love to do service projects and I have truly been blessed in my life by helping others out. It may not always be easy to help others, nad sometimes it seems super hard and maybe even unnecessary. But I know that every time that I serve someone I get this indescribable peace afterwards as I know I have done the right this and it blesses my life so much.I strive to serve the Lord as well in my dress and conduct as sometimes the best way to learn and teach is often through example.
