Hi I'm Jefferson

I love to shoot guns and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Senior in high school and about to graduate. I have ran varsity track for my school for all four years of my high school career. I love to act also. I have been in many of my school's and local play and musicals. I amd the third of four children with my youngest brother ten years younger than I am. I enjoy to hang out with my friends and to do anything outside. I also love to watch movies and tv shows on Netflix. Just like anyone, I have my struggles but my life, for the most part, is pretty normal and I love every minute of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I love this gospel. Yes, I was born into a Mormon family, but despite being raised in this faith, I have witnessed for myself the blessing that come by living the gospel. This witness has given me the testimony I have now. The testimony that Jesus Christ lives. The testimony that He atoned for my sins and the sins of the world. That I can one day be resurrected, like Him, and live with my father in heaven again. I have a testimony that the Book of Mormon is true. I have read it and I know that the things inside pertain to righteousness and that it is the word of God. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and that he restored the everlasting gospel and priesthood to the earth. I know these things. I'm a Mormon because it makes my life and the lives of those around me happier. It gives me hope of being better. It feels me with the joy and knowledge that I can be forgiven of my sins if I choose to give them up. I love this gospel and I love Jesus Christ. That's why I'm a mormon.

How I live my faith

I currently have a mission call to the Washington D.C. South mission and I leave this summer on July 22. I also feel that it is my responsibility to help anyone who may need it on a daily basis. This not only makes those I help have a better day, I feel like it helps me too in a lot of ways. I always try to have something nice to say to those I talk to and don't particularly get angry often, but when I do, I always try to resolve it. I love this gospel and I always try to live it as best I can.
