Hi I'm Connor

I grew up in Washington Terrace. I love to serve people in anyway that I can, and spend time in the mountains.

About Me

I love the outdoors! Being so close to some amazing mountains I find myself always going there to find peace, adventure, and time with friends and family. I have always had a big interest in helping people to the best of my ability. It truly gives me that satisfaction of what happiness really is, and the blessing that follow after selfless serves to others. I am a missionary in the West Virginia Charleston Mission!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and baptized when I was 8. But I think true conversion comes from enduring! I have been a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for ten years now, and know without my knowledge of Jesus Christ and his restored gospel I would not be where I am today or have the happiness and understanding in my life. I have a testimoniy of this goesple and when we submit our selfs to gods will he can then mold us to be who he wants us to be. I love Moroni 10:32 come unto Christ! It is a beautiful truth if we will turn away from our selfish and dark desires and come to his light that we can find eternal happiness. I am a Mormon because I've read the Book of Mormon and did as Moroni 10:3-5 asked to see if this truly is the word of God and another testament of Jesus Christ. The Book of Mormon when read with the right spirit will change your life and give you simple truths to lead and guide you in everyday life. I also know that God speaks to his children and has ordained prophets and apostles to lead and guide his church on earth today. I am a Mormon because life is the time to prepare to meet God and the goesple gives you that knowledge of truth and light.

How I live my faith

I am the second assistant to the bishop in my ward. Which pushes me to be the best example I can be, and teach in priesthood and sundayschool. I am also in the seminary council which causes me to strive to be a better example at school and in my community. The council goes by way of invitation to many wards around the city to bring a message of how to be more Christlike or ways to come unto Christ. It has been a great opertunity for me to over come my fears of talking to large crowds, That having faith in Jesus christ can truly change your life for the better. Even people with troubled lives or with past history that they feel excludes them from having true enduring happiness
