Hi I'm Melanie Poh

Born and raised in California. Love getting to know people and becoming friends. And I am a strong Mormon woman.

About Me

Growing up, I had a learning disability. I would score below average on all my state test in early elementary grades. Through tutoring and my parents help I was able to overcome this difficult trial in my youth. Now as an adult, I'm just an average learner, some days are more challenging and some topic might be harder for me than most people but trough hard work and patience I am able to get over those obstacles. Having this trial in my young, helped me become a stronger person and prepared me for harder trails ahead. Now the person that I mostly turn to for help is our Savior Jesus Christ. everyone has had dark moments in their lives either personally or maybe just dealing with a family or friend trials. I have had those moments where I have felt so alone and so angry. Then humbling myself and giving up my will to the Lord's will. How happy I have become knowing my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love me and forgive me. Feeling Christ's love surround you is a feeling that comes embedded into your soul. I know my Redeemer lives and that He loves me/

Why I am a Mormon

why am I Mormon.... because I have felt Christ love through the teaching of the gospel and the peace that this gospel brings me.

How I live my faith

Work. Having Faith is work. To gain a true testimony and a closer understanding of Christ is putting in the work to obtain that desire to believe and understand. Prayer is power and our Heavenly Father wants and desires to hear from us so that He can Bless our lives. Scripture bring comfort and understanding. My testimony growers stronger every time I sincerely read the scriptures. The Book of Mormon is my favorite book because it testifies of the true of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
