Hi I'm Trey

I am one month into my two year mission in the Provo MTC. In one month I will be serving in St. Petersburg Russia.

About Me

I am an avid golfer. I love the game and enjoy the peace I feel on the course. I love music and am constantly strumming away on my guitar, playing piano, singing, or trying any other instrument. I enjoy surfing and hanging at the beach. My other favorite sport is snowboarding. I don't get to go too often but when I do I am always super exited.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in this church. Ever since I was a kid I went to church with my family and participated in all of the activities that went along. I have since learned the truthfulness of this gospel and that this is Christs church on the Earth today. I know that if He were here he would want me to live my life this way. I know that the Book of Mormon is a book that was translated by a living prophet by the power of God. I love my family and know that I can be with them for eternity in heaven. That's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I am serving the Lord for 2 years. It can be difficult at times but I know that through the help of the Lord I will be able to learn the Russian language and to do anything else. Through Him all things are possible.

What is the Book of Mormon?

Trey
I've had a lot of people ask me general questions about the Book of Mormon. A lot of people think that it is a "new bible" and that the Book of Mormon is trying to replace the Holy Bible. This couldn't be further from the truth. While the Bible is a record of Christ's people on the European continent, the Book of Mormon is a record of Christ's people on the American continent. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and fits hand in hand with the Holy Bible to provide truths to Christ's people on the entire Earth today. Show more Show less
