Hi I'm Jasmin

I'm Tongan, New Zealand born and raised in Australia. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am number 6 of 13 children. As a large family we enjoy participating in Sporting activities and our music. I enjoy singing with my sisters and church choirs. I've had the privilege to play Rugby in high school and was selected to represent the state school girls team back in 2012 to play a national tournament in the Gold Coast where I'd injured my knee. I have grown up playing many different sports in school such as, soccer, softball, basketball, oz-tag, rugby league, rugby union, cricket and volleyball. None that I have continued since leaving school, but enjoy very much! I love to train, and keep active but I also love food. I love to work. I love the time I have with my family and I am currently preparing to serve as a full-time missionary in Fiji Suva.

Why I am a Mormon

I am third generation membership of the Church in my family, on both sides. My grandparents were converts to the church. Growing up in the gospel isn't always easy to be 100% but I've grown to love it as I choose to live what I learn. I have felt in my own life the love of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Ghost, in troubled times and even in my times of great joy! In reading the Book of Mormon I have gained a testimony of the Prophet Joseph Smith and have full faith in the current leaders of the church. The gospel of Jesus Christ has blessed my beautiful family in so many ways! I couldn't imagine a family of 13 children without it. I know that every single person in this world can feel this same love, all it takes is a step of faith.

How I live my faith

I enjoy visiting people with the sister missionaries and love to be involved as a ward missionary. My family also love the blessings of missionary work, we would hold family home evenings with the missionaries at the park playing ultimate Frisbee inviting our friends, investigators and new members.
