Hi I'm Zac

I grew up in Cheltenham, England. I am preparing to serve a mission in Spain, Barcelona. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the second oldest of four children and have been in the church my whole life. Currently I am finishing my A-level qualifications and will be going to serve a mission in Barcelona in the summer for two years. I love languages and have studied Spanish, Italian and French. I enjoy playing a variety of sports, but particularly football. I spend a lot of my spare time playing sports and cycling as well as reading and being with friends. I hope one day I can travel around the world and learn more about all the different cultures.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know that this is the only true church on this earth today and so I know that through the teachings of this religion I can make my way back to the Lord and dwell with him in righteousness. This church has taught me principles that have both made me a better person but also helped me to grow closer to the Lord and help me to have a constant relationship with him. Through the teachings of this gospel I am able to feel loved and protected by our Heavenly Father and know that he has set out a plan of happiness for us to achieve and he will be our constant guidance if we are righteous. I know this church is true by finding out myself through scripture study and prayer and this has been testified to me by the Holy Ghost, which is my constant companion in my life.

How I live my faith

My calling in the church is to teach the young men and guide them towards the principles of the church and to encourage them to serve a mission for the church. I am able to spend an evening once a week with them doing activities such as sports, cooking, acting and also teaching them about the Saviour as well as meeting with them on Sundays to teach them more about the gospel, which is a great blessing for me and also helps me to grow closer to God. Through my calling I have learnt how to love and care for others more and how to recognise their goodness.
