Hi I'm Brianda Duran

I grew up in Mexico, I attend BYU-Idaho, I want to become a teacher. I love to paint and Dance. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 19 years old. I am a college student. I love to Dance ballet and teaching children. I have been a member of the church for 5 years and I want to become a teacher. I love to paint and draw, I have learned that there is nothing greater in this life than learning. I am grateful to be one of the first members of the Mormon church in my family. I want to serve a full time mission and set a good example for my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have found joy and happiness in places where I couldn't find it before. I have seen a great change in my family, I feel more united and peaceful about my doings with others. I have learned to see God's hand working in my life and in the life of many others. I know that God is aware of all of his children. I am a Mormon because I want to share this joy with others. I am a Mormon because I have found for myself that this is God's will for me.

How I live my faith

I have had many great opportunities to share my talents and passions with others. I have served as a primary teacher for the children in the church and I enjoy participating as a volunteer at the art museum. I also enjoy greatly leading our hymns at church meetings. I love to help because it teaches me to be more aware of others.
