Hi I'm Nicole

I'm a milkshake enthusiast, aspiring photographer and journalist, I love to laugh, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently a full time student, who inhabits a little bit of here, there, and everywhere. I'm the youngest of my family, with one older sister who is without a doubt my best friend. I was born into the church and have always considered it one of the greatest blessings. I find joy in the smallest of things. I love meeting new people, despite the fact that I am an introvert. I strongly believe that each day is a new adventure. I find it important to explore the world, as I was put on it for a reason. I love to read, write, eat spicy foods, and being creative. I enjoy funny jokes and spending time with my families and friends. I always enjoy a great conversation about literature and films. Each day, I am always learning something new about myself and the world around me, which I find fascinating. I am in love with education and I think its important to obtain as much knowledge as possible. I believe in always being positive and happy. The gospel of Jesus Christ has always contributed to my happiness.

Why I am a Mormon

I know I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and cares for me. I know Jesus Christ, my Savior, sacrificed himself so one day I can return to my Heavenly Father. The gospel has taught me how to love others and has made me aware of my own self-worth. For a time, I believed that there could be a moment where I could make so many mistakes that there would be a point of no return, but because the gospel is apart of my life, I know that is not true. Through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, I know I always have an opportunity to do great things; I know I am not branded by my mistakes.

How I live my faith

Each day, I communicate with other men and women and learn to love them for who they are. I always strive to be accepting and understanding of others. I always try to see others for how God sees them, which allows me to see the beauty in each individual I encounter. I always communicate with my Heavenly Father through prayer and express gratitude for all of my blessings. I consistently attend church, along with daily scripture study. I am always trying to improve myself through the atonement of Jesus Christ.

What are Mormon women like? Do Mormons believe in equality of men and women?

Nicole
Mormon women are normal people. They are often kind and are a component to society. The Church believes that both women and men are equal. Despite women and men having different divine roles, both are considered equally as important in the eyes of God, within the Church, and within the home. Show more Show less
