Hi I'm Dallin Parker

I grew up in Utah. I love playing Lacrosse. Hanging out with my friends is my main source of entertainment. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a family of 3 brothers and 1 sister. I love playing Lacrosse. R/C helicopters is way fun. I am a very hands on person and love to build things. I hope to be a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer. If I could I would spend 24/7 hanging out with friends. I love being able to just leave either by myself or with my friends and go hike or free climb or even just go drive around.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I have been a Mormon my whole life you will always need to be converted at a point in time. Mine came over a long period of time. I have heard a lot of scripture stories but I have not always understood them. I have had that continual conversion of going to church saying my prayers and reading my scriptures (even though I may not understand them) was always the right thing to do. I could tell by the feelings I got when I did those things that I was on the path I needed to be on. Putting in my papers to go serve a full-time mission for my church was coming up. So I decided that is what I needed to do. When I got assigned to go to Phoenix, Arizona I was so nervous. I had read my scriptures but never understood them at all. All I did was read them. When I got out on my mission I started the Book of Mormon at the beginning and for the first time in forever I started to understand and feel a part of the stories that had taken place. Just like I have had that feeling when I went to church I had that feeling in such a stronger sensation that I could not deny that this is where I needed to be and that I need to bring as many others to this gospel as possible.

How I live my faith

I have grown up in a great home with amazing parents. I have been active in the Church for my whole life. My family is the best example for me. They motivated me to serve a volunteer mission for my church to go out and share this truth to the people in Phoenix, Arizona.

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Dallin Parker
Yes, I do. When I listen to President Thomas S. Monson (The living Prophet today) I can feel that he is a man called of god to be a mouth piece to all of the church. There is no doubt in my mind that he is a prophet who receives modern day revelation through our Heavenly Father. Show more Show less
