Hi I'm Alex Leach

I grew up in a small town in Idaho. Im an adrenaline junky that is down for anything gnarly! I am a Mormon!

About Me

I grew up in a small farming town in Idaho! I am definitely an adrenaline junky. I snowmobile, motorbike, mountain bike, wake board, surf ,long board, skateboard, snowboard, backpack, fly fish, hunt, camping, soccer, golf, oh and occasionally i rock Climb! I love working hard! so basically if it gives me an adrenaline rush.. im down! the gnarlier the better to!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this Gospel of Christ has saved my life. I was baptized at 8, but I quickly fell away. I wanted nothing to do with the church. I still believed in God and our Savior Jesus Christ. I just didn't like the Church. It took me until my senior year in high school to realize what I was missing. So I started coming back to Church and as I became more and more active. I saw the blessings just start to pile up! A few months after I graduated and now I am serving a Mission. I have a testimony of this Church. I know that Joseph Smith was a Prophet of God, and that he did restore Christs full Gospel upon the earth. I know that through Jesus Christs sacrifice and Atonement that any thing can be healed. I know that this Church is true, and that is blesses lives. We just have to have faith in the Lord and do our very best to follow all of his commandments.

How I live my faith

I try to help people as much as i can! i always volunteer for helping people out in the community and i like to help people feel good about them selves. the best thing you can do for another person is to make them happy, and make them feel good about themselves

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Alex Leach
a testimony is a personal witness of the truthfulness of the gospel. we receive a testimony through praying and asking heavenly father if the gospel is true. we receive the answer through the power of the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost testifies to us through feelings and emotions that we can not deny. it is through these feelings and these emotions that we come to know of the truthfulness of the gospel today.
