Hi I'm Tanner Myler

I'm from Eagle Idaho. I love music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to sing, play the drums, and play the piano. I used to be in a band called Beyond 5. I spent two years of my life performing with my band all over the world. Now I'm a full time missionary for the church. I help people find Christ and develop a relationship with him. I absolutely love my role as a missionary.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of this church because I know it's true. I have felt the happiness and joy that comes from living gospel standards. I have a relationship with my Heavenly Father through prayer. I know that I can pray to Him anytime and he'll hear me. Many times in my life, I've had questions that have been answered by God. I know He loves me. Because I know He's there, I strive to follow the commandments and become better every day. I am a member of his church because I know that's what Heavenly Father wants me to be. I love this gospel. I love my Savior. I love being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

My calling in the church right now is to be a missionary. I work with people to develop faith in Jesus Christ and to be baptized.

What are Mormon church services like? Are visitors allowed at church meetings? Can I attend church?

Tanner Myler
In The Mormon church, we have three different meetings every Sunday. Our first Sunday meeting typically consists of prayers, singing hymns, The Sacrament, and talks given by members of the church. For the second meeting directly after the first, we split up by age to learn more about the gospel. The last meeting, we split up based on our age and our gender to further learn our roles as family members, and as church members. Visitors and nonmembers are always welcome to join us in worship. Find a member of the church or the Mormon Missionaries, and they will help you. Attending church is one of the many blessings God has given to us here on earth. I know that through the church and through worship, we can become stronger and better people with more knowledge of our Savior. He lives and loves us. Through church meetings, I have grown closer to my Savior. Show more Show less
