Hi I'm Sarah R

I grew up in Holladay, Utah. I'm a daughter, a friend, a roommate, a sister, and an aunt, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I went to Utah Valley University and studied Political Science and Criminal Justice. Somehow, after I graduated I ended up in marketing. I think my dream job would be to market for a non-profit that fought against human trafficking or fought for another cause I felt passionate about. I am an observer by nature and love learning about other people and what motivates them to do the things that they do.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. However, I have stayed an active member because I have grown my own personal testimony. As I grew up and have lived by the teachings of the gospel, I have felt it's truthfulness and I can't imagine turning away from the happiness and peace that it brings to me. Like any normal human, I run into my moments and times of doubt. But, I know the Lord is always there to help me find my way back and to find the answers I am searching for.

How I live my faith

I attend a Young Single Adult ward which I love. A Young Single Adult ward is essentially a ward set apart specifically for single members of the church between the ages of 18-31. It's great to be surrounded by people who are in the same stages of life that I am. I was just recently called as an instructor to teach various lessons and teachings of the gospel and I can't want to start teaching lessons and learning from the other people in my ward.
