Hi I'm Rodman

I am Samoan, I am a son, a grandson, a brother, a nephew, an uncle, a cousin, (perks of being Samoan) and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Paramount, CA. My home is now West Jordan, Utah. I am currently serving a Mission in Independence, Missouri aka "Zion". I love to play basketball and volleyball even tho I suck at sports. I am number 5 out of 6 adorable children. I love my family, I love food, I love running, I love music, I love people, and I love my Father in Heaven and my Savior Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an LDS centered family. I would first live off of my mother's testimony, but as I grew older and made some experiences myself, I found myself and recognized that I love this Gospel and all of its aspects. I am a Mormon because the morals and values that we can all obtain as we strive to be more like Jesus. I am a Mormon because I believe that God is loving and merciful and that He has once again called a modern prophet to lead and guide His children in these Latter Days. I've made the decision in my teenage years to figure out whether this Church is true or not. As I read the Book of Mormon and pondered and prayed about it, Heavenly Father has made it known unto me that this book is the word of God. And because I know that, I know that Joseph Smith is a Prophet and Revelator of God and that through him, God has Restored the Fullness of the Gospel. I am a Mormon because I know that this Church is the only true church here on earth.

How I live my faith

I attend an LDS church every Sunday. I've made it my purpose in life to always be in the service of others. Jesus Christ is the perfect example of always showing love and always serving others. I'm proselyting in Paola, Kansas, which is considered to be Country and Ghetto (Countretto). The people here can be challenging at times but I know that God will give me the strength to serve them.
