Hi I'm Trent

I love camping. I love my family and am the 5th of seven children. I am currently serving a mission and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a member of the church my whole life and have been raised up in this faith. There are seven children in my family. Five boys and two girls. I now have seven nieces and nephews with more to come soon I am sure. My Dad works at the BLM in New Mexico and my mom stays home and helps the family survive.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know with all my heart that this church is true. My life has been changed by this gospel and I am truly grateful for that. When I was about twelve years old I had an experience that began my quest for true faith and conversion to this gospel. On a day in August of 2009 my best friend and sister passed away suddenly in her sleep. Being twelve years old I did not understand why she had to go and why now and many other why's as well. I spent years in a place of sadness and confusion feeling lost and without hope. I found myself lost in the depths of sin and difficulties and I honestly didn't know how to return. I began to pray and fight for forgiveness and I finally felt the truthfulness and the relief from from God, I felt the power of the atonement of Jesus Christ and was forgiven of all I had done. I am more happy now than I have ever been in my life and I am eternally grateful for the atoning sacrifice of my Savior Jesus Christ and for my Father in Heaven who sent him and has this plan for me. After years of darkness, I finally found he light. I know this church is true and I live and love it everyday.

How I live my faith

Each day brings new challenges to life but with it all I press forward steadfast knowing of a surety that my Redeemer lives and love me. Each day I strive to live my life as best I can. I held the calling of a Ward Missionary and actively participated in this often. I have definitely seen the blessings that have come from serving in that capacity, especially as I have been serving as a full time missionary in Arkansas. It has been a huge blessing to serve our Savior Jesus Christ.
